Suzanne began her 23-year career in high end luxury residential real estate when the doors to the on-site rental office of Park Millennium opened in June 1994.  Later that same year, Suzanne joined IT Properties who represented the Sponsor, along with their partner Zeckendorf Marketing, to sell floors 38-42 in Park Millennium and 44-45 in the Millennium Tower.  Since beginning in the on-site office, Suzanne has become the building guru for the Millennium family of buildings and has sold anywhere from $30 Million to $ 100 Million annually.

Having maintained many relationships over the years, she continues to represent owners and investors by selling, managing and leasing residences in Park Millennium, Millennium Tower and beyond. In 2004, Suzanne served as Sales Director representing Oaktree Capital with the exclusive for floors 20-25 in Park Millennium.  She sold and closed 76 residences in just 8 months.  When Oaktree Capital decided to sell their remaining units in 2006, they once again turned to Suzanne. Suzanne brings the unique ability to provide resale, leasing and management services, as well as on site sales capability and raising private equity for recommended real estate opportunities.  With her team, she has raised the equity to secure the Hearst site at 54th and Eighth Avenue, now controlled by Boston Properties.

In 2013, Suzanne was tapped to represent 50 United Nations Plaza in the on-site office of the luxury residential condominium developed by Zeckendorf and designed by Foster+Partners.  In addition to conducting sales just under $80 Million, working directly with buyers, brokers and preparing for events, she was responsible for preparing partnership market reports as well as international sales.  During her time there, Suzanne traveled to Asia including Singapore, Hong Kong, Manilla, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur as well as Bahrain in the Middle East to hold exhibition events and private meetings with high net worth individuals.  She completed her on-site sales position in May 2016.

Suzanne’s honesty, integrity, belief in hard work and unsurpassed customer service, is complimented by her resources to make her the “go to” agent in Manhattan.  Her success can be contributed to her years of diverse work, philanthropic and civic experiences. When not working, Suzanne and her husband Jim are foster and adoptive parents to their 11 year old son Nicholas.  She also devotes her time to worthy causes focused on the needs of children. Suzanne is a licensed sales agent in New York as well as the State of Pennsylvania.
