Lincoln Square is a mixed-use project of $250 million and Lincoln Triangle $100 million (Phase II). Millennium Tower, the higher end residential section of Lincoln Square, years after its opening, continued to be rated #1 residential building in New York, over the next few years. Mazhar Raslan served as president and then member on the board of management of this building for 10 years.
Midtown Hotel/Residential Building Acquisition
IT Properties was an equity partner in the development of an $800MM luxury Hotel / Residential / Retail mixed use project at 920 8th Avenue in New York. The site was later acquired by Boston Properties, and our client successfully achieved a record return on his investment.
